Hi there! Welcome to the Terms of Service from DJdj Development! These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, software, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Know that DJdj Development is not an officially registered company! We're just volunteers who create cool projects!
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
DJdj Development specialises in programming, Discord bot development, desktop software & open-source projects. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, the creation and maintenance of software and Discord bots, HTML Transcripts and upcoming closed-source projects. We are not responsible for any damages to your properties by using our services. Open Source projects will also contain an additional license which should be complied with.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any content you create or distribute using our services. You must not misuse our services or interfere with their proper functioning. This includes, but is not limited to hacking, XSS-attacks, SQL-injection, pirating, DDoS-attacks, interruption, or trying to gain access without proper authorization.
All intellectual property rights in the Services and any related materials are owned by DJdj Development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our explicit permission.
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project. Fees are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any changes. Payments in DJdj Development can happen via Github Sponsors or direct transfer. You can also pay with non-illegally obtained Discord nitro giftcards.
We will not disclose any confidential information you provide to us without your consent. You agree to keep any proprietary information you receive from us confidential.
DJdj Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services will not exceed the amount paid by you to DJdj Development for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by ceasing to use them. Users that own a project that will be canceled will be notified at least 1 month before termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved in the courts of Belgium. But know that DJdj Development is not an officially registered company! We're just volunteers!
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our discord server. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

1. HTML Transcripts v2
By using our HTML Transcripts service in its current state, you accept that your data is publicly available for everyone with the correct URL.
2. Data Removal & GDPR
You can always, at all times request a removal of any content belonging to you on our websites & services. We do currently not store images & files used in HTML Transcripts. They are hosted on (cdn.discordapp.com). All transcripts will be completely erased after 5 months of them being hosted on our servers.
1. HTML Transcripts v3
The upcoming version of the HTML Transcripts service will include an optional paid subscription. The transcripts will also be able to store images up to 10MB on the server. A new "login" feature will only allow users to access their own transcripts. Removal of transcripts will be possible directly from the interface when logged in.
