Welcome to DJdj Development! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, software, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DJdj Development specialises in programming, discord bot development & open-source projects. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, the creation and maintenance of software and Discord bots,  HTML Transcripts and upcoming closed-source projects. We are not responsible for any damages to your properties by using our services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for any content you create or distribute using our services. (This includes HTML Transcripts)
  • You must not misuse our services or interfere with their proper functioning. (hacks, xss, sql injection, pirating, DDoS, interruption, etc)

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Services and any related materials are owned by DJdj Development.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our explicit permission.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project.
  • Fees are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any changes.
    Most payments in DJdj Development can happen via Github Sponsors or transfer. But you can also pay with discord nitro’s.

6. Confidentiality

  • We will not disclose any confidential information you provide to us without your consent.
  • You agree to keep any proprietary information you receive from us confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DJdj Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services will not exceed the amount paid by you to DJdj Development for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
  • You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by ceasing to use them. Users that own a project that will be canceled will be notified at least 3 months before termination.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved in the courts of Belgium. But remember! DJdj Development is not a real company! 

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our discord server. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. HTML Transcripts & Online Services

  • By using our HTML Transcripts, you accept that your data might be publicly available for everyone. (when someone has the Transcript URL)
  • You can always, at all times request removal of any content belonging to you on our websites & services.
  • All transcripts will be erased at least once a year and at most 3 times a year.
  • Trying to exploit the system to remove the “Powered by Open Ticket” text, will result in a complete IP & ID ban from using our HTML Transcripts. This will only apply when you don’t have a valid Open Ticket Premium Subscription. In this case, the removal is handled by the service itself.
  • We do not store images & files used in HTML Transcripts. They are hosted on discord.com.

  • Content Data: When using our services and explicitly uploading data (e.g. HTML Transcripts), you also accept us collecting and storing this data.

  • To communicate with you, including responding to problems and emails.
  • To improve and personalise our services.
  • To send you updates, marketing materials, and other information that may be of interest to you.
  • To help us moderating our services and keep other people safe.

6. Company
Remember, DJdj Development is still not a “real” company, it isn’t officially recognised by the public. We can make mistakes and we do it for fun! Don’t blame us when there is anything wrong, if anything gets canceled or something else.
